Tyler // 19 (Lead Vocals/Guitar)

Tyler is the lead singer, guitar player, and primary songwriter of False Puppet. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Tyler has been playing music since the third grade when both he and Channing Peake began taking guitar lessons from their homeroom teacher. He is mainly influenced by rock and punk artists of the late 90s and early 2000s, but also draws inspiration from contemporary pop music. Outside of the band Tyler enjoys activities like running, hiking, and messing with his friends. Fun Fact: He is obsessed with the movie, Avatar.

Channing // 20 (Backup Vocals/Bass)

Channing Peake can't help but grab life by the horns. His passion for music began in third grade when he and Tyler started a guitar trio, wrote a song, and performed it for their elementary school! The bass is the perfect instrument for Channing. The combination of rhythm and melody blends well with his musical style. Channing played three years of Varsity volleyball for his high school. Video games are his favorite past time and his biggest pet peeve is Prius drivers.

Brennan // 18 (Drums)

Brennan Benko picked up drumming at age eight and has been playing passionately ever since. He is endorsed by SJC drums, and models for Wilhelmina LA, shooting for brands like Hot Topic, TopShop, LA Fashion Magazine, Interview Magazine, and much more! His eye for visual arts and ear for music drives him to work hard for a career in music and design.
